    Leo is 11 months old

Hey everyone, been awhile since I've been on here. Thought I'd drop in and put updated picture of Leo on here. He's really filling out and is really a big part of our lives. So happy with him. Anyway here's a picture I shot of him the other day.

Thanks, that's what I think too, but I'm bias . His intelligence impresses me as well. This spring summer it's going to be time for water work so hopefully he can join in at the duck blind. I'm certain he'll catch on quickly as he has with much of his training. Last summer all water work was just introduction and letting him get comfortable with it. Now he willingly runs through the water at any opportunity so I know he's ready for the next step.

He is a good looking boy! Even though 11 months is still young, he sure doesn't look like a puppy any more, does he?

It's amazing how quickly they do grow. Seems just a short time ago he was small enough to lay comfortably in my lap, now it's not as comfortable, for me anyway. He's pretty certain he's a lap puppy. Good thing I enjoy being close to him and cherish every moment. Wish I would've been more tolerant with my previous lab when she wanted to snuggle. I guess we live and learn.
