    How to tire out a lab

    Take him hiking up a mountain


    Make sure it's a windy day, he'll use up a lot of energy trying not to look silly in the wind



    Also, include a visit to his nemesis, "the stick"

    Finally, work him through a tasty marrow bone (while supervisors refresh themselves with a cold brew)



    Result: he sleeps through dinner!
