Spring Training II

First day o' Spring and I ran both TRAD and REV on both long land blind retrieves and water marks in a river with skim ice on the surface. The ice was nothing that they could not break through and I would never put either dog in danger. Much as anticipated, both REV and TRAD loved the early, albeit frigid plunge and seemingly could not get enough of it. We limited their total numbers of retrieves made concentrating on quality work vs. quantity of otherwise meaningless retrieves.
