Each day we were able to do multiple land and water retrieves, using Dokken bumpers and dead ducks. We also worked live flyers (chukars) which Brooks did a very good job with. It was the first live birds he's seen since our visit with Mike last September. He had also been on live pigeons with he was about 7 weeks old with his breeder, windycanyon. He did a really good job with the live flyers, unfortunately we didn't get any pics of him as we were busy working Brooks.
Brooks has been doing well with water retrieves, so Mike decided to "stretch" him out on some fairly long (50-60 yards) swims.

NOT TRUE. Barry, you were concentrating on working BROOKS. I was focused on working BROOKS and YOU. Whilst keeping a close eye on TEAM BROOKS during live flyer work, I got this photo of BROOKS holding a live chukar nicely while waiting for Barry to issue the "GIVE" command, so that he can complete the delivery to hand.👌
