I could not be happier with how he's turning out. He is really maturing in a true to the standard Labrador. He's achieved RN, RI, RA, BN and JH titles at the age of 2 1/2. We also have 2 passes for our CD which I'm sure we will get early next year. We are working on all the OPEN behaviors and he's doing well them, and will be working on our CDX next year. We've also been putting a lot of time into our field work and will be going for a Senior Hunter title next year.

I don't think I could have picked a better dog than Brooks.

    Barry,
I really like photograph #3 the best of that series - captures BROOKS very well. He's a dapper lad.👌

I really wish I could say Brooks picked me. With Anne (WINDYCANYON) living over 3000 miles from me, I had to trust her judgement. We spent a lot of time emailing and talking about what I was looking for in a dog, and what I was planning on doing with him. There were 3 yellow boys in Brooks litter, and we talked at length about the differences. One of the things I told Anne was that I wanted a dog who when I went out of sight, would immediately come running to find me. She said Brooks was that dog, and he truly is.

I still can't thank Anne enough for putting her trust in me and letting me have one of her pups.
