    Snow day!

24 hours ago it was raining and there was no snow on the ground.

This is today at 2 pm. Snow is as deep as Barley is tall! (23" at the shoulders). This winter storm is supposed to continue through Wednesday. I'm glad we're stocked up on groceries and don't have to go anywhere! Working from home definitely has its perks.

Both dogs have been losing their minds in the stuff. At least Thor has experience with deep snow. Barley is still adorably confused.

That looks lovely. We had one too, only ours was a BLOWING snow day. Many bad accidents and roads closed and little snow accummulation to show for it.

That's a lot of snow! Glad you get to work from home.

When we get bad snows like that, and with the seniors, DH actually snow blows some trails in the back yard for easier potty time.

That second picture!!! Hubby cleared a path in the back for Macy but she likes to plow through the deep stuff instead.

My husband had cleared paths around the house and yard. In the second photo barley was standing on a path and looking over the snow at me. In the first one I had tossed a cookie into the deep snow so he was on the hunt.
