Land retrieves

Same session as the water retrieves (long, hard, fun day for Linus!).

The photo of him taking off, where he's coming down hard on his front end (I think he may have been jumping over that tuft of grass), is the one my trainer pointed to and told me "this is why you cannot let your lab get fat!" She's British. It was funny. :-)

It is a lot of fun and amazing watching my dog do what he loves. I imagine it's such stress relief for him and a break from the formal training (even though this is also training). Look how happy he is! I feel like I'm giving back for his patience and willingness to do what I want him to do. It's a blast and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to do something with their dog but not necessarily wants to compete.
