Talking Early spring fun in the forest

We went for a long-ish walk with a friend last Sunday. It was a warm and sunny, but windy and muddy day! Cookie had a blast. We went there and back home on foot + hiking in the forest - all in all we walked 26 kilometres (the joys of not having a car, lol!). Cookie did great. Me? Not so much. It's day 2 that I can't walk!

    On with the pictures:

    Mud, mud everywhere!

    One happy Cookie

    Exploring..

    Some more of happy Cookie

And a shot "behind the scenes". Photo by my friend. Cookie posing for a photoshoot!

If my converter cheater is correct, that is a little over 16 miles??? If that is your definition of long-ish, I am scared to know what long is for you! Lol. I would have died about mile 5! Good for you and glad you both had such a wonderful time. I wish we had something like that around my area because Oliver would love to be off leash in a forested area like that.

LOL, yep, that's a little over 16 miles. LOL! Cookie did great, he just reseted himself overnight and the next day was as good as new! However, two days after my legs still hurt!
