    Summer days...the beginning

    This is my first summer with Daisy. It's wonderful having the summer off and being able to spend a lot of time with her. She is in a CGC training class so I thought we'd go to the farmers market and practice meeting people in a friendly way

    She was amazing! I thought I'd just walk around the outskirts of the market and then leave but I actually ended up taking off her Halti and she walked through the crowd just fine with just the flat collar. She met a few people, some toddlers climbed on her, and she was an angel the whole time. I stayed longer than expected and even got some pizza and enjoyed some of the live music.
    I was surprised though that more people didn't come up to greet her, at first I thought the Halti looked intimidating but even after I took it off I had to ask a few people if they wanted to meet her.

    We've also been spending a lot of mornings swimming at the dog park pond. These Great Danes had a lot of fun with Daisy!

    Here we went for a hike at ledges state park. She had a blast!
    Next week we go to Denver for more adventures!! We also have Ohio and the nieces and nephews and the beach in NC to look forward to!
