    Chili being bad

So Chili has been pretty good lately, so I went ahead and had the sprinkler/drip irrigation guy spend a few hours fixing my sprinkler system so I am ready for the summer. Go figure as soon as the guy leaves, chili starts ripping apart all the work the guy did. I was so pissed. Then I notice he decided to dig his 1st hole in the backyard...Just when I was thinking about leaving him out of his crate at night...Oh well...live and learn.

Chili probably is slighted you don't think the drip irrigation he provides is adequate. I don't blame him one bit.

Been there, done that! Kind of embarrassing to ask the sprinkler guy back so soon, huh?

Cassie once chewed up the air conditioning hoses (all well concealed behind shrubery).
Didn't know it until we turned it on for the season and had to pay holiday rates to the repairman.
    I feel your pain.
Cassie outgrew this behavior and so will Chili!

I feel your pain! Normally, my wife is just getting up as I'm ready to walk out the door for work in the mornings, but yesterday I had to leave about 30 minutes earlier than usual. I always leave Levi out when I leave because I know my wife keeps an eye on him until she leaves for work, at which point she crates him. I thought I could trust him for that short 30 minute window since he's been so good lately, but that was a mistake. Here's the photo my wife sent me as I arrived at work:

One thing's for sure… Having a lab keeps me busy with home improvement/repair projects.

Chili is quite an engineer and he probably wasn't satisfied with the result of the sprinkler guy's work, confident that it needed some improvements

Levi is an artist. You might see something broken, but what I see is a face of a white GSD with perked ears waving his right paw goodbye Even the technique used for the background is very impressive.

Oh my, I would have been so pissed! (The irrigation AND the floor!) I'm glad that it's not just mine. I don't know when they are supposed to grow out of that kind of thing but she's not going to be year old until August. Argh.

Chili is pretty oblivious to it all. He always looks at me and follows me around. And who can get mad at my chili doggie

It's amazing what boredom will make a dog think of...we have to keep an eye on ours all the time.
