    Just a little closer......

This is my Samson. He is recovering from TTA surgery on 7/1. He's restricted to a closed area but sometimes I open the pin so I can lay by him. Well, here he is after trying to scoot his way off the bed. My back was hurting so I got up and left it open. He fell asleep but it's his attempt to cross that barrier! That's as far as he got...I put the pin back around before he woke up. I can't take any chances at all...no matter how hard it is for me to deal with those very sad brown eyes.

Ah Samson, healing time will end and you'll be able to play again.

    Sending more healing prayers.

Do owners of blue eyed dogs face the same problems I wonder? Those beseeching looks? Please let me out of prison? Good thoughts he heals up quickly.

Good question on the blue eyes! I bet they do. The looks I'm getting from Samson are heartbreaking. His moans and sighs too. Especially vocal yawns as well. He's giving me everything!
