    Sleep Barking and Growling

Caught a good couple seconds of Thor sleep barking and growling the other day. Sorry about the weird angle but I grabbed my phone quickly since it usually doesn't last long.

    Video

The last bark is my husband waking the dog up.

Too cute! I always wonder what they are dreaming about.

Mardi talks a lot in her sleep. Archie is totally silent.

One of the reasons it's so funny is that we so rarely hear him bark when he's awake! But he'll go on and on when he's asleep. The only times he really barks is when we drive past cows or horses (he only likes to 'yell' at mammals bigger than him, and they usually only get one bark before he chickens out). Or when he's really excited to go somewhere, and that's more whiney and yippy than growly and barky. It really makes me wonder - what does he dream about that is so worthy of a continuous growl and bark?
