Lucy! I'm hooOOooome!!! Updated with pics!

Lucy has arrived! There's so much to tell I don't even know where to start. Lucy received a LOT of love from Cathy and Joanne and you can tell, but I also see that she's had a living situation that wasn't as pleasant at some point in her past. I don't know what happened, but raised voices do frighten her so I am looking for better ways to grab Mugen's attention without being loud. (Any advice here? LOL!)

I will update this post with pics later as I haven't had the chance to take many yet.

Mugen and Lucy did ok on the walk. Mugen strained at the lead trying to play bitey face with Lucy. Mugen didn't growl, he play bowed and then dove right into the play before Lucy could even answer him! Lucy didn't want to play so she set him on the ground with a paw and walked on. Mugen seemed completely undeterred by this. I think that she's just a very tired girl. I've spread out the blanket that Cathy sent with her next to hubby's spot by the fish tank and she has chosen to lay down on it and I hope she will get a nap. Maybe after a nap, she'll be a little less annoyed with my rambunctious puppy.

Hubby and I think that the estimate that she's around 6 years old is probably right on. Her face is white, but we think that she's just marked like that because the hairs are white, not silver... and my gosh is she beautiful. She gets along well with the daughter and the son.

We're gonna give Mugen and Lucy another introduction INSIDE the house. They met briefly through the puppy gate and wagging tails were had by all so I think this is going to go well, I just need to calm down and stop being so nervous so that they don't see me being nervous!!

*deep breath* I promise I will post pics tonight!

Update: Lucy and Me getting in the car at the cargo center. She loves to go in the car!
