Phew I just spoke again with the lady at the shelter and she told me that they only euthanize when the dogs are aggressive or too sick, which is not the case for him so he does not have a deadline :)...

Oh wow that must hurt :( I really really hate when people break leash laws or rules, it's always the people and dogs who abide them who pay it seems :(

No nothing else got out and his poop is still watery :-( it's off to the vet in 2 hours for more xrays.
