you're not being terribly specific. Where is she sensitive? hind leg? tail, butt? just to touch or with movement? all the time? could be lots of things, or nothing.

Don't know about chewing nails but chewing paws is often, i've heard, a sign of allergy. usually food allergy. are you on grain free? might try that. easy to do.
