    The licking will stop when the fungus and perhaps even bacteria have been treated and are gone. If it's driven by environmental allergies, wash the feet off when they come in from outside.

    If you're talking about the red being on the hair...

    If you're talking about the red being on the hair on top of her paws, that should go away once the constant saliva is gone.
