I am not a fan of NSAID's but have heard giving a dose of Pepcid and a small serving of yogurt prior to the meds can help greatly. I would definitely call the vet right away.

I would call the vet in the morning. Did she have bloodwork before starting Previcox? If fine, the vet may have you try a few feeding changes with the NSAID. Good luck.
