Apple Customer Support Rocks
Yesterday I accidentally made a $32 In App Purchase on a game I was playing.
I logged into my Apple Account and created a support ticket to contact them.
They called my contact number within 2 minutes to start the support session, probably way less.
I was on hold for less than 2 minutes and at that they gave me the choice of what type of music I wanted to listen to or not listen to anything at all.
The Support person apologized for making me wait and refunded the money with no questions asked.
He also spoke perfect english. I say this because Bell has a call center in Quebec and I can't understand half of what is being said to me when I call for support on my tv or phone.
The whole thing took under 5 minutes to resolve and they followed up with an email with the persons name that helped me.
If more companies could be like that.
