Muscle spasms from stress.
I'm doing my level best to stay calm and rested and eat well but at the end of the day, there's just too much going on and we're literally on the verge of taking our oncologist to lunch as a social thing. I have developed a couple of tics or spasms and I'm 90% certain it's from stress. One is in my right thumb and is only periodic but the other is under my left eye and has spread to my eyelid and kind of seizes the area to the point that my eyelid almost closes for a couple of seconds. If I rub it, it gets worse.
Have you ever had these stress related conditions? Is there anything you did about it? Like a compress or getting a massage or something? I've never had these kinds of subconscious kinds of things before. Usually I just cry it out but I don't have the time.
