#whodoesthat?
Ha ha, ahem, I don't use instagram or Twitter but hashtags would only seem to be useful for written communication. Maybe those women are so obsessed with Twitter or Instagram that they cannot carry on a convo without hashtagging their own opinions. Maybe they think that's how their idols, such as Kim Kardashian, speak in real life because all their tweets include hashtags.

Maybe it's somebody's nickname? Like, John he did this, right? :)
Haha! Yes people definitely do that. And then there are people that do it to make fun of people who do it.
Maybe it is the new substitute for the word SO starting a sentence. OR maybe they were just being silly!! :image047:
When I was in high school, McDonald's was becoming super popular and kids said Mc in front of every other word. Can I borrow a McPen? If I don't get home on time I'm going to get McGrounded. Etc.

We hang out with a couple who are active on social media and I will hashtag youraloser or something of the likes if we are playing cards. It's just a way of joking around in this day and age I suppose.
