What are these trees?

We planted a persimmon ten years ago but it never did anything and the area became a bit overgrown so I don't even remember which tree it was. Today one of them produced a small grouping of pink and white flowers. Looked up persimmon flowers and that's not it. Any ideas?

Then a weedy tree thing growing through our fence produced a ton of these white flowers. I see this tree everywhere around here. A very mild sweet fragrance. It's really common in the area and I have no idea of what it is.

Are they the same tree? The close up image with pink looks like my flowering crabapple. The other looks different, even the leaves, but it may be the angle and my tiny phone screen!

They are two different trees. I would love to have a crabapple. Not sure how it got there but that's fine with me. :)

I can't tell from those pictures.
