What Was She Thinking?

A car was coming toward me, slowly. After it passed I saw a car on the side of the road ahead and lady on the road, and a small dog. I slowed right down to a crawl. I thought, somehow the dog got out of her car. She grabbed the dog and as I passed her I rolled down my window to ask if everything was ok. "Oh, she just needed out for a pee" was the answer.

So, your tiny, toy poodle needed a pee so you just stopped and let her run loose in the middle of a road where the speed limit is 80 km? Not a highway but counting me and the first car and the next two along, that makes four cars that slowed down out of concern for you and your dog. Seems like maybe we think more of her than you do.
