Turmeric - anti-inflammatory.

Zo was prescribed turmeric recently when she strained her ACL. Just wanted to put that out there. Just a tiny bit in her food. Worked like a charm.

I've been making the golden paste for Cookie for years now as one of the things to help manage his arthritis. I don't know how much it helps because he is on multiple supplements and the combination definitely helps as we have been successfully avoiding long-term use of NSAIDs.

I tried turmeric with Dan and he vomited the least little bit. I can't use it, either. Good luck!
