How could you possibly say no??!!
Give that dog some muffin! We call bubba the muffin man because he gets so excited when he's near a muffin, and then we just have to give him some because he's the muffin man!
You bet!
Spoiler alert: I couldn’t resist those eyes and gave her the last bit of my English muffin.
Hope she got a little bit of butter on it!!!
I couldn't resist that face! Hope she enjoyed it! :smile-new:
I wouldn't be able to resist either
Oh my, she's working you good! Look at that irresistible little kisser.
Here it's cheese. And it's Lark. Henry had trouble with colitis for so long as a youngster that I never really gave him any human food, just kibble for meals and kibble for treats. Now if I offer him a bit of cooked chicken or something unfamiliar, he's very cautious and never begs for it. Lark, on the other hand, is a whole 'nother story!
Kimber was like Henry; we didn't give her human food for a long time, so she never begged or showed much interest. I'm not sure why, but Stormy showed GREAT interest in our food from the day we brought her home. I saw no evidence that the breeder gave them human food, so the origins of this are a mystery. On the downside, Stormy has a fairly sensitive tummy so I need to be careful what tidbits we give her. On the positive side, her "leave it" is superb. I can actually eat cheese (which she loves and is allowed in small amounts) with her in my lap. Seriously, I can hold the plate over her head!
