Signature Pictures - How to Add a Signature

Adding your Signature Picture

Signatures are available to members after making 5 posts. Why? Spammers. The software has to update though so it could take a bit after 5 posts before you get the actual permissions. No longer than an hour.

Signatures will also not show up in the Ask the Admin, Announcements or Photo Related forums so that we can focus on photos and questions being asked.

1. Click the 'My Profile' drop down menu from the dark blue tool bar
2. Select 'Edit Profile'
This will bring you to your profile page where you are able to edit anything about your profile including your Avatar, Profile Picture, Signature Picture, and your About Me section. You can also adjust your privacy settings and preferences here.

3. Select 'Edit Signature' on the left hand column

4. Chose your picture from either your computer files. The URL option will not work.
5. Upload your picture
6. Insert your picture
7. Check to see that it says [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] in the text box (this will be your picture). Add any text you would also like to include.
8. Preview and Save

Glad I saw this. I didn't know about the minimum posts and how to add a signature pic. It's been so long since I first joined the board, I was wondering why adding a pic wouldn't work. Thanks for posting this.

I thought I followed the instructions but instead of getting a sign picture in my post, I get [SIGPIC][SIGPIC]

Trying to figure out what I did wrong. It shows the picture that I uploaded, I click on Insert, I see [SIGPIC][SIGPIC] as described above but I don't get a photo in my signature, I just get the [SIGPIC][SIGPIC]

Never mind, I just started all over again and this time it worked. I don't know why. Anyway, I got a sig pic for now until I come up with a better one.

Is it an adorable young girl with an adorable yellow puppy? I can see it. It's both on your profile and on your most recent post in the welcome thread. Your sig won't show up in ask the administration or any picture threads.

I saw the signatures that tracked your pup's aging, i see it in my profile and save it, but it doesnt show up on my posts.
