I'm having trouble staying on the board because it's so jumpy and sticky, and then I X-out and try again, only to have it happen again and again, and then I give up. I don't have trouble on any other message boards.

Quick Note About Board Speed
It might also be your browser/security updates. I've had issues in the past when IE has had one of those....only with Lab Board, nowhere else (before and since the board glitch).
