Photo Contest Rules Update

As many of you know Lori from 3DirtyDawgz has been the kind sponsor of the Monthly Photo Contest as well as our past Football Pool and various other contests. She graciously donates her fabulous collars every month.

Unfortunately the cost of shipping overseas has risen dramatically and she can no longer send collars internationally. It's regretful but I understand the position she is in. The shipping is more than the cost of the collar. From December's contest ongoing we will only be shipping prizes to North America. I asked about Canada and I have not heard from her but for now I assuming this is okay.

I will update the rules in the forum for the contest.
