Lido, 8 months old, also has a sensitive tummy. It helped when I switched to a kibble that doesn't have corn, wheat, or soy. I give him probiotics every morning, and the only treats he gets are freeze dried Real Meat jerky treats for pets (for training sessions only). Probiotics help with gut issues, which can affect their breath. Both Lido's gut and breath improved when he'd been on his probiotic for a little while.
Here's a link to the probiotic I use. Lido has to have 3 chews every morning, due to his weight: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...IBM5VEVL&psc=1

What kibble are you using? We are feeding her Pro Plan, which has corn.

Glad it’s not the peanut butter!

Peanut allergies are not the same as peanut intolerance. Where peanut intolerance is caused by a defect in the digestive system, a peanut allergy is caused by a defect in the immune system.

I agree that a probiotic might help Stormy. I use Purina Fortiflora when Amber gets a little loose and it does wonders for her. Also I read somewhere that only natural peanut butter should be given to dogs but I haven't been giving her any since she was a couple of months old. Have you tried stuffing her Kongs with a canned version of the food she normally eats. Amber loves that and it's not really messy like some Kong stuffers.

This thread was from 5 months ago. Happy to say her tummy is fine.

Yup, I found Brandy does not do well with peanut butter so we're plugging her kongs with kong-filler in a can. One can will last a long time just using it for plugs. You're lucky she made it outside to go.
