    7 month growth spurt

For the first few months we had Thor I could see daily changes in him. Then it settled down, but I think we're on a second growth spurt. I swear he grew two inches overnight. He's suddenly so tall! He's been sleeping a bunch too, but we have had him out doing more activities and play dates so that may have something to do with it.

When did your pups go through their growth spurts?

Bacon grew a lot the first few months we had him, then he grew a lot in height right around 6-7 months. Now at 11 months he is at a plateau, he has been stuck at 70 pounds for 2 or 3 months now. I have a feeling he will be getting another spurt here shortly because he has needed a lot more food lately!

Wow, I think Thor is almost 70 lbs right now at 7 months! I took him in a few weeks ago and he weighed in at 61 but he's grown a bunch since then. His momma was 55 lbs, so he's already far outgrown her. I think pop was 90 lbs so it looks like he's heading towards dad size.
