if the puppy is used to the crate and desensitized it'll be fine.

actually its important to practice seperation right away. if the puppy is used to someone home all ybe time their first few months they dont learn to be ok alone and can develop seperation anxiety. it's important to make a point every few days at least (if not every day) to have everyone leave the house for a bit and leave puppy crated. even just 20-30mins.
