She may not poop for up to a few days, thats normal. Diarrhea cleans out the gut, she needs to build up poop again. Give her the chicken and rice again tomorrow and then slowly add in kibble but still give her the rice for a few more days. Rice is a great binder and very gentle on the tummy.

If shes having other weird symptoms such as wretching, vomiting, lethargic then worry about no poop.

A visit to the vet would be a good idea. Simple diarrhea should just run it course without causing any other major symptoms such as lethargy

Vet checked her yesterday and wanted me to take a stool sample however she's still not pooping. I'll call the vet now and ask what to do.

Yes, lethargy requires a vet visit. Could be anything.

I've just come from the vet. Latte has giardia We have started to use medicine. She seems upset and she peed at unusual times in unusual areas inside this morning. Vet thinks it may be because of the upsetting illness.
I'm sure this is because of all the poop she ate on the streets. And it's almost impossible to completely prevent her from eating poop as there's poop EVERYWHERE. I hate this situation!

I hope she will be well soon. So sorry for my little girl

Sending good thoughts to you and Latte! Bacon had Giardia as a young pup. We saw great improvement after a few doses of medicine
