Are you sure it's pee? Luna leaves wet spots on our bed all the time from licking or drooling in her sleep.
This isn't my first rodeo, I have had a few dogs over the years with successful training. I have a 6 year old intact male...Milton and 20 month old, Luigi, who had to be neutered because he continually marked all over my house. He was neutered at 16 months old (last November). Everything went well...no more marking.
Two weeks ago he had an accident in my bed (where he sleeps...Milton sleeps on floor) Louie has not had accidents since he was 3 months old (other than marking). I assumed he had too much water the night before. I limited water, brought a urine sample to his Vet ( no infection). and he did ok for 2 nights.
Again, a small wet spot on the bed. It has happened 3 times since.
Any ideas or advise?

It's not nearly as common as with females but the boys can develop urinary incontinence too. There is hormone treatment. Google up and ask your Vet is all I can think to offer. Welcome to the board, hope you have sweet dreams again soon.
Hello and Welcome!
When do you go to bed in relationship to his last time out to pee? I'm not sure about repercussions of a male neuter and urinary incontinence; maybe others here have more ideas.
Be sure to clean all bedding with an enzymatic cleaner, something like Nature's Miracle. It gets rid of the odor of the urine, even the odor you can't smell.

We had problems with nocturnal incontinence in sibling Akitas (male and female). The vet finally tested specifically for protein in their urine (not part of the regular urinalysis) and, sure enough, it was there. The food we were feeding....NOT a high protein food...was too high a protein for them. We switched to a lower protein food and there was no more incontinence. I'd have the vet check for that.
