I'm using ProPlan Focus - All Life Stages Chicken & Brown Rice. I get the 33 lb. bag at Petsmart for $43 and usually have a $5 off coupon from their rewards program. Both my dogs seem to be doing well on it.

Thank you so much for all the responses! I've got a few more days until we'll have a good amount left to switch her over Her coat isn't as luxurious as looking as some of the Labs I've seen, but we definitely want to keep her looking pretty!

Simon (old man cat!) is lukewarm in his feelings towards Pixie, but he's warming up! He tolerates the licking fairly well. She just LOVES him, and she shows this by incessantly licking him. Or slapping him on the head. :-/
The girls think she is lower than bird turds- she hasn't gotten that message yet so we're still at 'friendship/don't chase' training.

I think when this bag runs out I am going to give chili the 30/20 version. He is a teenager with lots of energy so it makes sense to me to give it a try.

I used to feed Hunter Blue Buffalo but when he turned a year I switched to Purina Pro Plan. I give him the sport ALS 28/18. I would feed him the 30/20 but the pet stores around me hardly ever stock it.

I switched from the 28/18 to the 26/16 recently. Maybe start with the higher protein/fat and then switch to the lower one when she is fully grown - or if she starts getting "thicker".
