I did not get the lab from a real breeder but they were feeding him Purina Beneful. And the first day home he was throwing up. So I research that brand and it was just awful so I switch to Pro Plan Focus the same day.

I am planning to buy Wellness Core Puppy Grain free today. Should I try to switch to the Wellness or stick to Pro Plan Focus.

No one here can tell you what to do, he is your dog but I really hate to see anyone jump on the food roller coaster with a very young puppy. Having said that Wellness is a great food and if you do switch please make sure you transition slowly to avoid tummy upset. Is the Wellness puppy food chicken based like the Pro Plan?

10 weeks is too young for teething. He's probably got the runs because he's eating the food he shouldn't be. And stay on the Pro Plan. Be happy you don't a hoover.
