    Teddi at 6 months....

She's done with the crate! I think it helps that she has Charlotte, (our 12 year old senior) to keep her in line. I still close all bedroom doors and pick up shoes, etc. before I leave for work. So far, so good

Oooooooo you are very brave to leave a 6 month old out of the crate when you are not home!

I have had only one that was ready at that age but she was a very special dog, most puppies aren't ready for that type of freedom yet, they kind of lose their minds again around 9-12 months and have poor judgement due to mental maturity.

    Teddi is a beautiful puppy!!

Thank you! I do make sure she has lots of toys out to play with, remove anything tempting from the floor, give her a good run in the morning and cross my fingers!!! I also leave the security (glass) door open (but locked) so they can look out

Teddi is beautiful! Leo at six months is no where near crate free. Congrats on that accomplishment.
