    Pictures for Barry

Barry mentioned in one of his threads that he was interested to see photos of my puppy who is 3 weeks older than his Brooks, so here are some.

8 weeks old and looking like a Gund bear:

12 weeks old, and all smiles at a playdate with his pals who are Labrador girls (2 littermates) that are a few days older than him. They own his a** when they play. Girls rule, boys drool. He loves it.

5 months old, and socializing at this year's Labrador nationals (the following 3 photos taken by a professional photographer):

6 months old in his show debut at my club's annual specialty weekend (these photos taken by his breeder):

Yes, busy bee is his favorite (as well as my chocolate boy's). I buy them in packs of three from Amazon. Every time we play with it, I'm reminded of the movie Best In Show.

Friday and Lola are his littermates, yes. He was the only boy in the litter. Burton, of Charlie and Burton fame, is their half-brother (same dam).

"A pet store downstairs? What are you a wizard? A genius? Why didn't you tell me that before, you stupid HOTEL MANAGER!"

We haven't seen Burton for a while, it seems, but they are all some gorgeous pups!

Thanks! They are all good dogs.

I hear Parker Posey's voice screaming "Where's Busy Bee!!!???" when I dig around my show bag looking for this toy! I got to meet Burton and his people last year at Potomac, and that was a highlight for me! He's a sweet, sweet teddy bear of a boy just like my little guy!

I don't know if Barry was truly all that interested in seeing his photos, but I figured I would share, just because it is fun to see how much they grow and change from month to month. :-) One minute they are a tiny, roly poly ball, and the next they look like previews of the big boys they will become.

Thanks so much for sharing. It's hard to get clear photos of our black dogs, so I especially enjoyed these!

I LOVE seeing these pics! What a lovely trio of Labs!! I've said many times how the black are my favorites (hands over Brooks ears) and these pics demonstrate exactly why. Such very classic looking Labradors!!!

Thank you so much for posting these, I loved them!!!!

Also I find it very humerus when you say the girls own his butt. It seems all my girls could easily kick the boys a$$es when ever they please. Sophie will tolerate Brooks, and Bruce before him, but when she's had enough they spend a lot of time on their heads! My Ella was able to kick Clancy's a$$ at will. So much fun to see the boys put in their place!!!
