    Seven months old

Dozer is seven months old now and I’m not sure how that happened. His urinary issues roared their ugly head again last week... dribbling urine and having accidents, he has another UTI and is being treated with antibiotics. We have also increased his Propalin dose, he gets it twice a day, but it can be increased to three times a day if we need to. Once his UTI clears we will re-evaluate. None of this is affecting him... he is the sweetest pup ever ❤️

    What cuties.

I'm sorry that his issue continues to be a problem. Is he really furry at the end of his sheath? Perhaps give him a trim to give bacteria less surface to possibly be a contributing factor. (Dan is really hairy and I've kept him trimmed back ever since he got stuck attempting to hump his mother's shoulder when he was a wee lad. I'd read where that might also tend to lessen UTI potential.)

Love the second picture, Dozer has a cute face and beautiful ears. Hope his pee problem can be solved quickly.

    Sending MOJO for his healing.

Happy boy despite his troubles. Just like my friend's GR who is now one year old and has dealt with UTI and incontinence since they got her. They are waiting to see Oban's Vet, a Holistic/Integrative Vet since I told them my Vet is very happy with how electroacupuncture is helping an older female canine patient of hers with incontinence. How much age factors in I have no idea but we will see. Something to consider?

I would definitely look into it if his troubles continue into adulthood. I spoke briefly with one of the Vets in our clinic that is into Holistic medicine, we are going to consult with her if/when necessary for non-surgical treatments.
