    Presto is 9 weeks old!

Busy weekend for the little guy! Training group, obedience lesson, hanging out an an agility trial, puppy massage, going to other people's houses and meeting lots of new people and dogs, being in and out of the van all day long, a pool party, vet and lots of puppy hikes. He's doing really well and taking it all in stride. Sleeping through the night, napping and being a typical Lab puppy and going from sweetheart to demon in 0.2 seconds.

Oh, I just want to melt...

That's way too much cuteness to be in just one puppy!

What an exciting first week home! And it achieved what we all want with our puppies - nice deep snoozes. It gives us a break from the crazy!

No naps for me! I'm trying to get on his schedule. I was more of an up until midnight then sleep until 8am person and now I'm trying to go to bed between 9pm and 10pm since he's asleep around 9:30pm. I need to get up early to get plenty of exercise in before I leave for work, when I go back, so we are getting up between 5:30-6am. Although the little bugger went to sleep at 9:30 last night, then I took him out for a pee at 10:15. He chewed on his chewy for about 15 minutes then slept for a long time. I heard him wake up and chew some more. It had to have been before 6am because I could hear the snuggle buddy heartbeat (on an 8-hour timer). But, he never whined or anything. Just chewed his chewy quiety then fell back to sleep. The other dogs woke me up a little after 8am and then he woke up! I guess we were both super tired.
