    Stormy and her mini-me

A 6 month old field lab showed up at the dog park. She looked just like Stormy from 2 months ago. They had lots of fun.

Two months difference is more obvious now than it will be soon. Sounds like a good match for Stormy if the pup’s parents are nice to be around!

“Because of the dog's joyfulness, our own is increased. It is no small gift. It is not the least reason why we should honor as well as love the dog of our own life, and the dog down the street, and all the dogs not yet born. What would the world be like without music or rivers or the green and tender grass? What would this world be like without dogs?”

I took Amber to doggy day care this week and she had a ball. Felt like the first time my kids left for pre-school when I left her but they introduced her slowly to the dogs and they said she was timid at first but when I picked her up after a couple of hours she didn't see me videoing her and she was playing nicely. Nice to have playmates!
