Yesterday I'm sitting eating breakfast, and Bruce hops up on the couch and lays down like he owns the thing! Not sure where this came from, but it's become a game for him!! Stinker!!!

Lol! He has figured out he "owns" the furniture. Good luck reversing that mind set! Sometimes my 2 let us share the furniture, if they are in the mood!

It's been a running battle for 3 days now, and it's driving me nuts. I bet I tossed (figuratively) him off 30 times this morning, I finally put him in his crate.
He turns 5 months old tomorrow, and I think he's getting that age when he is testing me, although he is still doing really well with his training. He finished the Petsmart puppy classes yesterday, and the trainer said he was the best Lab puppy she's ever had in a class. We start our CGC class tomorrow night, and I'm really looking forward to that! Maybe the trainer can give me some tips on the furniture problem.
But how can you say no to that face?!?!

Of course he owns it! You might just want to get some sheets to cover the couch. You can teach him that a certain place on the couch is his, the part you cover.
