Many, many breeds have webbed feet besides a Labrador. She is a cutie, I wouldn't worry about the exact breed, its unlikely that you will ever figure it out, its a guessing game

FWIW, I do believe that a German Shepherd's ears are down until they develop the muscling to stand upright. Many of the straight-eared dogs are that way. She's cute

Yep, that's a shepherd or shepherd mix. Black GSDs are not uncommon. Even boxers have webbed feet and they typically hate the water. Surprise! She's cute!

This looks like shepard pup too. Prick ear dogs have folded ears until they grow up some. Which appears to be exactly the case with yours.

She's a cutie!

We adopted an 8 week old mixed pup from the pound when I was 16 years old and he looked just like a lab. Turns out he was more border collie! Not the breed we wanted but sometimes you have to roll the dice when you pick a rescue pup. He was still a wonderful dog, we just had to adjust our expectations (and training) once we figured out what he was!
