    Brooks at 14 weeks

Brooks is now at 28 pounds at his vet visit on Friday. He's been averaging about 2.5 pounds gained per week. Now that he's had all of his shots, we'll be able to start venturing out to more places. We start puppy obedience training on the 24th. He has a good personality, always happy, always smiling. He's been absolutely torturing Sophie, and he can be a real brat when he's tired. Overall a very typical Lab puppy!!!!

    The happy guy!

A rare moment not tormenting Sophie!

You can tell how impressed Sophie is!

He discovered the Jolly ball this week!

Bless his heart, he's so lanky! Thanks for letting us see him grow. The changes even in just a week are tremendous.

I've never seen a Jolly Ball like that, with holes. I can see the holes allows a smaller dog to carry it up off the ground better, as Brooks is doing. Ours has the handle, which I do like as it gives the bounce some unexpected direction sometimes. LOL, I bought the Jollies at least four years ago. Oban's is still whole and has survived several winters outside. His cousin Bonnie's lost its handle and its air in a couple of weeks.
