More mental exercise. This dog doesn't need physical exercise, he needs a JOB. Time to enroll in a more challenging class.

We don't get the zoomies often anymore. When we did though, Bobby would jump and bite us in the process. Not out of aggression, just play and excitement. What I found useful was getting a ball and rolling or throwing it as he came near to redirect his focus from me to the ball. When he brought it back, I praised him and his "mode" switched from crazy to calmer and more focused on fetch.

Hi Jimbo and Moses, nice to see you here! The zoomies is a good thought and may very well be what you are seeing as "bad behavior". I do agree that some different training would be helpful for Moses. Nosework is great fun and keeps Maxx very challenged. From what you have shared with me I think Moses is getting a great amount of exercise so maybe working his brain would be a great help. You can always start at home with hide and seek games and interactive toys like Kong wobbler, tug-a-jug, etc toys for feeding. I think often times the value of tiring the brain in an active, intelligent breed like a Lab is often over looked.

You are the first one ..that ever told me Moses needs a JOB
    You just might be right.

Again Moses had (Puppy,Beginner,Adult) classes not bragging just laying it all out
    .
I was planning on taking him to one more class this year in the fall ( that is all my budget will afford for this year)
Then a class or 2 every year after

What do you suggest Moses's next class should be..?

I would look into what you have in your area and go from there. Some classes that sound fun to take are agility, nosework, flyball and dock diving. Considering Moses' love for water, I would go for dock diving if you have a class nearby.

ETA: I posted a thread about giving a dog a job before the board crashed. Among the responses I received were giving the dog a backpack to wear, search and rescue, therapy work and obedience. If considering obedience, you could do competitive or Rally-O.

I'd do a competition class where he really needs to use his head. Competition obedience (rally will work but only if you are a serious handler and not just doodling him around). Tracking, hunt test etc. Make HIM work.

I agree with windycanyon. Nosework is great and challenging. We just started tracking and it is also great fun, also challenging. I think Moses is a bit young for agility because of the jumping, in my opinion, but Rally would also be fun. Check your area and see what kind of classes are offered. Go meet the trainers and see what you think. Most will let you sit in on a class or 2. What ever you choose Moses will be learning and using his brain. That is what it is all about!
