    Jinx!

Last weekend I posted that Stormy was pretty chill and didn’t need as much exercise as a Kimber. Why oh why did I tempt fate? The last two days she’s been a monster. Today, she got play and training in the morning, a play date with her neighbor buddy, a full hour at the park, and a 45 minute evening walk- and she was still being demanding!

You have to learn to type with your fingers crossed. But it works the other way too. Sometimes we complain and the next place we take them, they're good as gold. Little monkeys.

Just when you think they cannot possibly keep going, their motor is still running. I'd tell Chase to go lie down and he'd stand staring at me expectantly. There was a bed just feet away from me, it wasn't a random go lie down command. There was a place to go and he knew the command. However, if he could see my face, he'd keep staring. Poor guy, I got so I'd hold a magazine up to block his view of me (and me of him) and he'd finally go lie down. Sometimes they just can't seem to turn it off. C'mon Stormy, show Mom you really can be chill! You can do it!

Energizer bunny! Had my grandson's almost 1 year old pup for a week. Now I know why I keep seniors, was so pooped out. Though, the house was so quiet after he went home. Well mannered, just being a puppy.
