I would put a stop to this behaviour personally. head him off, redirect him when he comes in.
If you have major concerns, have a behaviourist come over and see the behaviour (or puppy class where they have play time so the behaviour is seen). Just make sure they are experienced and knowledgable (preferably not into the dominance based training theories but more positive based training)
