    Question

All of a sudden my 5 month old puppy isn't eating. He seems fine although he does seem a little skittish when he goes outside now. I noticed a few missing teeth. Could this be the issue. It has been so long since I had a pup...

Teething! Most likely? How's pup's water intake?

Regarding going outside and being skittish, have you had storms? Fireworks on Memorial Day?

    Hello and Welcome!

Not the best with puppy information. Sounds like teething. Is the not eating all the time?

As far as the skittish when going outside, pups do go through a fear stage. Act confident, he can read you. Do some training exercises and have him focus on you when going outside.

I would say teething, although it sure hasn't stopped mine from eating. Maybe try adding some water to the food and letting it get soft first.

Thanks for the great advice. I think it was a little teething thing. He seems much better.
