    Anyway, your pups age is horrible, I hated that age. Be consistent and firm, that's all I can suggest. You have been given great advice especially from Tanya about the exercise, do not slack off, you will notice the behavior change fast

    I second Tanya's comment on exercise. If for some reason my Sophie didn't get her normal exercise when she was younger, she was extra horrible. Labs thrive on exercise, and if you don't help them expend that energy, they will figure out a way to do it, and it usually won't be good.
