I let my dog sleep wherever he sleeps the best. Sometimes he feels like sleeping in the bed. Sometimes he feels like he needs to guard the front door. It is his choice. When I first got my pup, he slept with me.

Lucky! Not only have I had them jump off, I've also had one fall off the bed. Thank God he wasn't hurt.
