    Something that evolved in our house is the word "just". E.g., "Dan, let's do toenails." "Just Danny." (this would be for when I've already filed Sunnie's nails out on the deck, let her in with me, but the little housedog still needs to lie down in the hallway to get his nails done...and Sunnie can do whatever she wants till we all go in the kitchen for the meal that follows)

    Every now and then my husband's name gets tossed into the confusion. Very little difference between the names Bob and Dan sometimes. (but Dan is always much more obedient )
