Question Puppy wont eat her own food

I have a fifteen week old puppy and she refuses to eat a different kind of food from her mother, i was feeding them both the puppy food but this got too expensive because the puppy will only eat a certain type of fppd and it does not come in larger bags. i bought the seperate foods and now she refuses to eat the puppy food and will sneak and eat the adult dog food and i have to hand feed her her own food, i feed her mother outside and the puppy inside and she still refuses to eat what should i do?

Feeding

My pop stopped eating normally, I thought, a few weeks ago. We were concerned so we started hand feeding him. The same food that was in his bowl but he would not eat it so we would hand feed him because I was afraid he would starve himself. When I called the vet his response was that it seemed my puppy had me trained. He suggested that we not hand feed him and that a puppy would not starve himself and within a day of not eating, meaning no treats no nothing, he would eventually go back to his bowl. He said that I could do this for at least 2-3 days then if my pup wasnt eating bring him in. Well we never went in because after a day of us not hand feeding and not treats the next morning he was eating everything in his bowl no problem. We realized that maybe because of training we were giving him to many treats and he didnt want to eat. So now we limit the training and the treats and he is back on track. So maybe you should continue feeding them apart but stop your pup from eating moms food and when the pup hungry it food may look a little better.
